Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share in the BPJS segment.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and BPJS officials.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with BPJS operations and the Indonesian healthcare market is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
