Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential SMEs and UMKM in Bali to adopt EDC payment solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to explain the benefits of digital payment systems and address merchant concerns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC machine installations and activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve merchant inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in digital payments.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or canvassing (preferably in fintech or payment solutions).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s local business landscape and SME/UMKM ecosystems is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools or sales tracking software (training provided if needed).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional local dialects are a bonus).
