Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while tracking performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a high-value or complex sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
