Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants, SMEs, and UMKM businesses in Bali to promote EDC machine adoption.
- Conduct on-site visits to explain the benefits of electronic payment solutions and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC machine installations and activations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support for new merchants.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new payment technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including merchant acquisition progress and market feedback.
- Participate in local business events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the merchant base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or canvassing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse business owners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, POS systems, or digital payment solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali to meet potential clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
