Responsibility

  • Identify and target potential UMKM clients in Bali for EDC payment solution adoption.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales visits to business owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized strategies for merchant acquisition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities in Bali.
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business owners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with EDC systems, payment gateways, or financial technology is a plus.
  • Experience working in Bali’s UMKM sector or understanding of local business dynamics is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Bali to meet clients and achieve sales goals.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a bonus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
