Responsibility
- Develop and expand the company’s account base to drive business growth and market share in Bali.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring alignment with distribution objectives.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to service accounts, assess needs, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, product launches, and trade activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to dairy products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, dairy, or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
