Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
