Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective SME clients to identify business needs and present tailored banking solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for SME client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system accurately and timely.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on market insights, client needs, and product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or SME lending.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of SME banking products, financial needs, and industry challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
