Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration for key clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in retail and distribution channels.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent RAM Food Products Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
