Responsibility
- Proactively manage and track contract renewal timelines to ensure on-time processing and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with Customer Development Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions.
- Engage with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to address concerns, negotiate terms, and secure contract extensions.
- Maintain accurate records of contract details, renewal dates, and client communications in CRM systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and reduce customer attrition.
- Prepare and present renewal proposals, highlighting value propositions and ROI to key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to position renewal terms competitively.
- Provide regular reports on renewal performance, challenges, and opportunities to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract renewal, account management, or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
