Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand export markets for glass products, focusing on high-potential regions.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and direct clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any export-related issues.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our glass products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the glass, building materials, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of export regulations, documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin), and logistics.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel internationally as required (up to 30% of the time).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
