Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian market and business culture is highly advantageous.
