Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our co-living solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or virtual tours for prospective residents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on client interactions and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in real estate, co-living, or hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and email campaigns.
