Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our co-living solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or virtual tours for prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on client interactions and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in real estate, co-living, or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and email campaigns.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
