Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets and beyond.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and business development metrics.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is also required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in an international context.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of market analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
