Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for medical equipment in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, private practitioners, and medical distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits and technical specifications of our medical devices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support, including training for end-users and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting medical equipment sales.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical equipment sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales, preferably in Bali or Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and the regulatory landscape in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
