Responsibility
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Promote G-Drive Solutionsā power and energy products, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
