Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets for assigned food service product categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bali food service sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials tailored to local market needs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Train and support sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food service, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
