Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to schools, educational institutions, and teacher communities to promote PETNET’s Teacher’s Loan Program.
- Engage with potential clients, explain loan products, and address inquiries to drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Assist clients with loan applications, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement localized sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or field sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of loan products, financial services, or the education sector is an advantage.
