Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and industrial businesses, to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the chemical sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and technical support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
