Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-effective and reliable vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement timelines to ensure uninterrupted production and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, warehouse) to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and demand forecasting.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
