Based in Badung, Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless inventory flow, mitigate risks, and enhance vendor relationships.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives and reduce costs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and avoid shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement budgets and delivery schedules.
- Resolve supply chain issues, including delays or quality discrepancies, with proactive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management, contract law, and supplier evaluation metrics.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
