Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Implement and maintain advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in production technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in production technologies, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with automation systems, CAD/CAM software, or Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
