Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring alignment with physical stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits of material data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports, spreadsheets, and visual presentations (charts/graphs) based on inventory analysis.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
- Forecast material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement and improve inventory control systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
