Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, and customer service) to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and logistics partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, operations, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in program management, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and clients.
- Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
