Responsibility
- Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and move inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in organizing warehouse space to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily warehouse targets.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Reach Truck Operator or similar role in a warehouse setting.
- Valid certification for operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as required.
