Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems.
- Knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
