Responsibility
- Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory in an organized manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while ensuring accuracy and minimizing damage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance targets.
- Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials (if applicable).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics (a plus but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
