Responsibility
- Perform accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of inventory in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update records in real-time.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25-30 kg) as required.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
