Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations or order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate effectively with international teams and suppliers.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
