Responsibility
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate supplies.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies to create a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in plant management or a similar leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
