Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and timely delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics operations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
