Responsibility
- Lead and oversee plant-wide material flow, packing, and logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
- Drive lean manufacturing principles and best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
