Responsibility
- Oversee daily factory operations, including garment sorting, processing, and quality control to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and packaging materials, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and report performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the laundry, dry cleaning, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with inventory management, production scheduling, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and operational software/tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
