Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing and logistics processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and distribution teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and streamline workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate strategic initiatives and progress to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting manufacturing and logistics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, lean manufacturing principles, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
