Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-potential clients and business partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, from acquisition to retention, delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, operations, finance) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to support business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for partnerships and business development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics to senior leadership.
  • Represent Orpheus Capital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably in financial services or consulting.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value partnerships or deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment processes, with a focus on talent acquisition and team development.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
