Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term goals, focusing on talent management, culture development, and operational efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-caliber professionals.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, productivity, and loyalty, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Establish and refine performance metrics, feedback systems, and career development programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, while proactively updating HR frameworks to mitigate risks.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs to upskill employees and future-proof the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with business needs and foster cross-functional synergy.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as an HR Director or equivalent in the QSR, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and scalability.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring HR teams in fast-paced environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws in Indonesia (or willingness to adapt) and best practices in talent management for service-oriented businesses.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting to drive evidence-based HR decisions.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural environments and adapting HR practices to diverse workforce needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
