Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic hotel contracting plans to expand our network across Bali's key tourism areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung)
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial contracts with hotel partners, ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain competitive positioning
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing hotel partners to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to align hotel partnerships with business objectives
- Monitor contract compliance and performance metrics to ensure all partners meet agreed-upon service standards
- Resolve any contractual disputes or performance issues in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and relationship management with hotels or resorts
- Strong understanding of Bali's tourism market and key players in the hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial reports
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win partnerships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or contract management software
