Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and assemble fresh salads, wraps, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate the cashier system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
