Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during all shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and update menus, pricing strategies, and promotional offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on F&B performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Must be Muslim (as per company requirements).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is a plus.
