Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and utensils.
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts with a courteous farewell.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, service etiquette, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and splitting bills.
