Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring the workspace is well-maintained.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is advantageous.
