Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and café staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Train and mentor new team members on coffee preparation, customer service, and POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the café or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory management).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
