Responsibility
- Lead and supervise café staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and café presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Collaborate with management to plan promotions, events, and seasonal menu updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or café industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of café operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
