Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and resolve any concerns with discretion.
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, workstations, and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing is advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (for non-locals, valid work visa or KITAS).
