Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the guest house, ensuring compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
- Manage front desk services, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor services to maintain property standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budget tracking, and inventory management for general services.
- Liaise with corporate teams to align guest house operations with broader business objectives.
- Implement and monitor service quality controls to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to maintain high service levels.
- Assist in event planning and logistics for corporate or guest functions hosted at the property.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest house management, or general services administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic property management systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of local Bali hospitality standards and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by operational needs.
