Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bookings for multiple properties.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, including upselling and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to drive direct bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the booking process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand standards and promotional initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior reservation staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reservation sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in reservation software and CRM systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
