Responsibility
- Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as per hotel protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpets, upholstery, and hard-to-reach areas, as scheduled.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest needs efficiently.
- Adhere to sustainability practices, including proper waste disposal and energy conservation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
