Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to align with the foundation’s vision and objectives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and recommend adjustments.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance program quality and expand educational initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and assess emerging trends in education and propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Education Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
- Proven track record in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and strategic planning software.
