Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end commercial strategy for NetApp’s most complex enterprise agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer success.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, legal, finance, and product teams to structure deals that maximize value for both NetApp and clients.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, financial models, and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with enterprise clients, balancing competitiveness with profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in deal structures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation in deal structuring, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence to create win-win outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize best practices and optimize deal execution processes.
  • Monitor and report on deal performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial deal structuring, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value enterprise agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in pricing models, ROI analysis, and contract management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global perspective.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, data storage, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
