Responsibility

  • Develop and manage high-quality, client-focused proposals that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights and create compelling value propositions.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process, from initial client engagement to final submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Design and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Train and mentor sales teams on proposal best practices and effective client engagement techniques.
  • Monitor and report on proposal success rates and sales enablement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in proposal management, business development, or sales enablement, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional proposals.
